• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
Exchange Policy
• We accept exchanges only—no refunds.
• Items can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it at no extra charge.
